There s a reason we return to Big Sky, and we always rent from you. The mountain is amazing, but the convenience of the properties you own and rent on this mountain give the vacation that extra special touch that is unmatched anywhere else. We have such special memories renting the smaller Cowboy Heaven cabins from you right off the Powder River run, but this Christmas Season with our larger family in tow, the memories we created at the Silver Star Chalet are special as well. The house had an amazing view which was one of the highlights of the trip. We had plenty of space, it was extremely clean and had a fully stocked kitchen as well as plenty of other amenities including bear spray. Would definitely stay again!

Great Home Right on the Slopes! Silver Star Chalet was the perfect place for our family to spend a fantastic week of skiing in Big Sky. The house is true ski in ski out as it is right on the Alpine Meadows run, accessed by walking out the mud room t the rear of the house. Hey Acra and Chris. I really cannot begin to tell you what an amazing trip we had. The accommodations were the best we have ever experienced and the skiing conditions were phenomenal, not to mention the ski in-ski out spoiled us rotten. The hot tub was a relaxing and therapeutic retreat after a long day of skiing, and we enjoyed some really good restaurants around the area. We are definitely interested in coming back next year.

Our family stayed in Silver Star Chalet to celebrate our 30th Anniversary. We had our adult children and their families with us, which included two small babies. Family Fun with Adult Kids - We had a fantastic vacation. This was our first visit to Big Sky and my husband said he thinks it was the best ski vacation ever. 60th birthday celebration! We had a wonderful stay at the Silver Star Chalet. The house is well appointed and rooms are large and comfortable. The kitchen, bathrooms and hot tub were sparkling clean. This house fit our family perfectly. We loved the ability to ski in/out, although some pushing involved. The week we were there was snowy and beautiful. Only issue was with the fireplace. We had trouble keeping the fire lit and smoke entered the house. We would definitely stay there again.

We can't say enough good things about our trip to Big Sky and our stay at Moonlight Basin. The house was perfect for our family of 5 plus two additional friends. There is a bathroom for each room so we never felt on top of each other. The kitchen was stocked with every imaginable tool, plenty of utensils, and serving dishes. Perfect Stay! This was our first time taking a vacation in this area and it was 10/10! This chalet is so cozy, roomy and has the most beautiful views. Our 7 year old and 14 year old slept upstairs in the loft which they had made into their own little space. They could chill out and watch tv up there and use their own bathroom. My husband and I and my parents had plenty of room too. We all had plenty of space with the extra bathrooms. The fireplace and hot tub was used almost every night. Perfect stay!!! Hi

We were two families with kids of all ages and there was plenty of room to spread out or spend time together. Kitchen had very modern appliances and was well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay at Silver Star Chalet. The location was perfect having the true ski in/ski out directly out our back door. It was an easy drive to the village or into town. The amenities had everything that we needed, and then some. My wife who is not a skier only asks that wherever we go for our ski vacations has luxurious lodging with a nice view. Silver Star Chalet more than met these requirements. We would highly recommend this property to anyone.

February 2021 Ski Trip! 12 Silver Star Chalet was nothing short of perfect! Heated floors, well-stocked kitchen that opens up into a cozy living room, ample firewood, ski-in/out, hot tub overlooking the mountain...you name it, this place has it! Property managers were very responsive and helpful! Towels, toiletries and kitchen essentials all provided including spices, oil, pots, pans, aluminum foil, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, etc...and even 3 rolls of paper towels. We started out with plans for a couples ski trip and this house was a perfect fit with a ski-in / ski-out location, great floor plan (every bedroom has its own private bath), excellent kitchen and amazing views.
